These Terms of Service govern your use of CopyDrop AI Product Import (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility and access

You must have a valid Shopify store and permissions to install apps. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Permitted content and rights

You may only import product information, images, descriptions, and media that you own or are authorized to use. This includes content that is officially licensed or provided under a dropship or supplier agreement.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform, including Alibaba, when importing or using product listings.

Use of the App

• Use the App only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not use the App to copy content from sources where you lack the necessary rights or permissions.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App or Shopify services.

Billing and credits

Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Your plan determines monthly credits and usage limits. Credits and usage rules are displayed inside the App and may change with plan updates.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and store data. By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
